Victor DePina, President of Atlantic Shipping, says that in celebration of the company’s 30th anniversary, the maritime company will initiate a home delivery service for goods in early April, in response to client demand.
This service enables clients to send barrels or small boxes and pay for shipping and all related costs at a warehouse in the United States, assuring that the recipient receives the cargo directly at home, thereby obviating the necessity to go or wait in line for pickup in Cabo Verde.
The service will initially be accessible in Praia and São Vicente. Depending upon its performance, the corporation may extend its operations to the islands of Fogo and Brava.
Atlantic Shipping requests the cooperation of all its clients to guarantee the success of the innovation and to fulfill their expectations.
Victor DePina further indicated that each cargo will be secured with a security seal, which will be inspected and photographed upon delivery to the recipient. This measure guarantees that the cargo remains intact and unblemished during transportation.
